Just three years later in 1945, he founded his soapmaking company based in Florence.Today Nesti Dante managed by his son, Roberto is one of the few industrial scale companies in the world, which still produces soap with the traditional craftsmen's methods. It strictly follows the traditional process of boiling the soap paste in large cauldrons for several days under the constant supervision of master soapmakers and perfumers, who monitor the various phases of the saponification production.
